This homepage is an experiment to improve the application of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) in all Member States. Although the MAR has to be applied autonomously in practice this hardly works since so far, no common database exists collecting all publications, case law etc. on the MAR from all single Member States. In fact, at the moment most legal scholars and practitioners deal only with the publications from their respective "home” Member State. By starting this homepage, I am trying to improve this situation by providing some kind of platform where everybody can find all materials, publications and case law on the MAR. Since publications usually involve copyrights of authors and publishers this homepage provides only general information about publications without giving access to the publication itself. Nevertheless, I hope that this information will provide some basis for a more intensive exchange among practitioners and legal scholars in Europe.
